1. Who runs MarketWeaver

MarketWeaver. Contact: support@marketweaver.app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher. Some states restrict prediction markets or certain contracts, such as sports contracts, or set a higher minimum age. You are responsible for following the law where you live and each venue’s terms and location rules.

To create an account or subscribe you must certify, and we log with a timestamp, the following statement (version 2026-10-v1):

“I am an individual retail consumer using this tool solely for personal research, and I am NOT a Capital Markets Entity (such as a hedge fund, broker-dealer, proprietary trading firm, RIA, bank, or market-data distributor).”

Accounts found to be used by or on behalf of a Capital Markets Entity, or to redistribute data, will be terminated.

3. Research only

MarketWeaver publishes the same general information to everyone. It is general research, not personalized and not a recommendation to trade. Rule summaries, scores and labels may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always read the venue’s own rules before relying on anything here.

MarketWeaver publishes standardized, impersonal research and settlement-rule audit content that is identical for every subscriber, in reliance on the exemption from commodity trading advisor registration in CFTC Rule 4.14(a)(9) (17 C.F.R. 4.14(a)(9)).

Nothing on this site is a recommendation about any contract, and nothing is tailored to your positions, balance, or circumstances. MarketWeaver’s servers never receive, store, or see your exchange keys, wallet, balances, or positions, and MarketWeaver never executes or routes trades.

Resolution-rule cards summarize public contract text. The venue’s own published rules always control. Each card is a 5-point rule check generated from the contract text and public market data; it can contain errors. Verify the live rules on the venue before relying on them.

Prediction-market participation may be restricted where you live. You are responsible for complying with the venue’s terms and local law.

• All feeds, timelines, rule cards, and alerts are identical for every subscriber of the same plan.
• The service does not accept, store, or use wallet balances, portfolio positions, bankrolls, or other personal financial information to generate content.
• Content uses neutral, factual language and never recommends a side or a trade.
• No trade execution, order routing, or custody. MarketWeaver’s servers never receive, store, or see your exchange keys, wallet, balances, or positions.

4. Our trading

Team members do not trade a market within 24 hours before or after MarketWeaver posts about it, and say so when they hold a position in a market they post about.

5. Third-party data

• Polymarket: market data comes from Polymarket’s free public Gamma and CLOB endpoints for its international site (polymarket.com), polled at under one request per second in total.
• Kalshi: MarketWeaver does not operate a server-side scraper or cache of Kalshi API data and does not redistribute it. Kalshi features run in your browser: you paste a market’s rules text, and any request to Kalshi is made by your own browser. A server-side Kalshi feed stays disabled unless written authorization from Kalshi is on file.
• Government sources: BLS, Federal Reserve, SEC, NOAA/NHC, and Federal Register feeds are public-domain U.S. government publications. We link to the original documents.

6. Accuracy

Rule cards summarize venue rules and may be incomplete or out of date. The venue’s published rules and its resolution process always control. Each card is a 5-point rule check generated from the contract text and public market data. Buyer and seller balance and rule notes describe that data; they are not a guarantee of how a market will resolve and not a recommendation to trade.

7. Subscriptions

• Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime through the checkout provider; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• No introductory $1 trials that auto-rebill, no countdown-timer pricing, no lifetime plans.

8. Acceptable use

No scraping, reselling, or redistributing content or data from the service, and no attempts to circumvent usage limits.

9. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MarketWeaver is not liable for trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $50 if you paid nothing).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
